Refund policy

I ORDERED A PRODUCT BUT WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT. HOW DOES YOUR RETURN POLICY WORK?
We always hope you will appreciate our products, but in any case, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received your order. If the ordered item is defective or damaged, shipping costs will be covered by us. If, instead, you simply don’t like the item or it’s not as expected, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You have up to 30 days to request a return for one or more items purchased on our website. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

If you request a return because you don’t like the item or the gift was not appreciated, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. If the item is damaged or defective, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Items can only be returned if unused and not damaged due to improper use.

To make a return, please:

  1. Write to info@wonderalia.it indicating your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Ship the item to the address we will provide within 7 days (the item must be sent with a tracked shipping method; we cannot accept returns if the item is lost or damaged during return shipping).

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 30 days.
